Meet Jenna
Hello, and welcome to my blog. I am so glad you found me. I’d like to introduce myself so you know a little more about my background and the kind of work I do and am passionate about.
The short story, or what you would see on my resume, is that I am a graduate of Pepperdine School of Law, and a current member of the State Bar of California. After years litigating civil and family law matters, and a short stint providing corporate counsel to startup companies, I decided to start my own family law and mediation practice. I’m a trained mediator and collaborative family attorney, and currently volunteer in the Los Angeles Court system as a mediator. In sum, I am qualified to help you with your family law matter.
The more full story is that I am a natural empath dedicated to helping my clients through one of the most challenging times in their lives. I practice family law because the personal connection with my clients matters greatly to me. Family law matters are inherently sensitive, and I see my role as mitigating the overall stress that often accompanies these matters by ensuring the legal process is as straightforward and painless as possible. When I first started practicing family law, I went to Court for my clients, but I quickly learned that litigating in the Court system could be incredibly hard on my clients and their families. I have found that when my clients are able to work through obstacles and difficulties together through mediation and collaboration, they reach emotional closure on their relationships sooner, and it is easier for their families to adjust to life going forward. That is why my practice focuses exclusively on mediation and collaboratively settling family law matters outside of Court.
If you are interested in learning more about my aproach to family law matters, please reach out to me by phone or email. I offer a complimentary consultation and would be happy to discuss your matter and how I can serve you and your family.
